I booked my appointment online and surprisingly was able to get a fairly quick appointment. I showed up early and they took my car right away. While I did wait for the new windshield to be replaced and calibrated I was able to connect to their WiFi and work which is always a plus. The work they did replacing the windshield turned out beautifully. They also vacuumed the car, which had a lot of dog hair so a double win for me. I highly recommend Safelight for your windshield replacement needs.

Second attempt at fixing a broken passenger side window (baseball hit it). First attempt was at Franklin MA location 40 minutes south. The Franklin shop received the wrong glass, and my service was rescheduled to this site. Prompt, courteous, and finished in less than 90 minutes. Took my car in right away, and kept me informed throughout the process while I got a bike ride in north of the shop.

I am incredibly happy with the level of service, and communication skills of the entire staff at Safelite in Framingham. they installed a Factory windshield flawlessly and without issue. service was fast and courteous. I will be returning for any automotive glass work in the future! Thank you Safelite Framingham!

Great service. Got an appointment quickly. Only took 1.5 hours to get a new replacement. Merry was very helpful and extremely friendly. We highly recommend going there for windshield replacement

Specifically would like to callout Mary’s excellent customer service. Went in with an odd question, looking for a professional opinion and she was more than happy to assist. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I’ve also gotten a windshield replaced and two cracks filled here before — all excellent work in a very timely manner!
